and your forms, these are the building blocks of Arashi kenpo and
must be mastered to help you advance to higher belt levels and

Hi Tush. You can either create a free
website like your piczo one or upload one to a server. I'm making
one using Macromedia Flash Professional and Microsoft Publisher. You
first have to get a Domain on a server then an File Transfer
Protocol to upload your finialised web page and its files to the
server. (I think that right cos its what I had to do - Ruth will
known better). To get a free domain go to www.web100.com (or
similar) then get a free trial of Ipswitch FTP.

have visited one of my students sensei malcom who runs classes in
sale and warrington. We had a good training session and all the

| Lord Lucan was not as good looking as
me. Been told that my opp for my shoulder is soon so as a promise
after all is done i am makin plans for diff type of vehicle with
power steering then i will be able to come up an see you all, i have
